    What a gem in Tauranga! Our room was spacious and offered fine views. Easy check-in process and very friendly staff made our stay even better. The location is perfect-everything we needed was just a stroll away. Can't wait to return and enjoy it all over again!

    We found the staff to be very helpful, always ready to answer questions about the locality. We enjoyed the luxury touches, the spa bath, large bath robes and overall the very pleasant room decor.

    Could only see the Westpac building and the bridge from our room!!!

    Had very comfortable stay for our Tauranga visit. Our deluxe king room was luxurious with an excellent view of the sea. The bathroom was good size, included a spa bathtub and a shower.

    We had a lovely romantic escape! The location is super convenient-right in the heart of town with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and the harbour view was fine.

    . There were delays with room servicing and the fire alarm incident really rattled us—no staff around to guide us made it a bit stressful. it was nice but could use some improvements.

    the staff was accommodating, helping us secure adjoining rooms even after check-in. our room was spacious and well-equipped, featuring a clean bathroom with both a shower and a spa bath. the secure parking was a bonus, and the location offered easy access to lovely cafes and beautiful views. every interaction with the friendly team made us feel right at home.

    A fairly nice way to end my weekend. Exceptionally comfortable place with awesome views of the harbour. Magnificent setting, really close to shops and restaurants and the centre of Tauranga. Nearby Thy Neighbour Coffee Bar - great place to chill out. Private parking onsite provided. The quick check-in👌🙂

    So quiet - what a pleasure. We asked for a quiet room and they gave us one far from noise and people- thanks for that. We had great sleeps - nice room, comfy bed, great service, immaculate room presentation, we hardly saw other guests even though we saw all their cars! They provide extra's like more milk, beach towels, apples, newspapers etc. No need for the car, safe and easy parking provided (free undercover) and we could walk out the front door and be on the main street close to shops, cinema and cafes. We will be back!

    Maybe not the best of views, but that is being picky. The shower is room 820 has no ledge to put soap etc on, it has a disabled bench in the shower but we never used that and had nowhere to put soap and shampoo etc. Maybe add a ledge?

    The location was ideal—close to amenities and a short walk to nightlife. Our upgraded room was spacious, with a kitchenette and a lovely balcony view. The staff were friendly, and the relaxing spa added to our experience. a comfortable and convenient choice; we'd happily return.

    The rooms at this trendy boutique hotel were very fancy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Its location was marvellous, right in the centre of Tauranga. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Strand Fountain...

    This place suits me perfectly. With great free wi-fi, air conditioning, and helpful staff, I always feel at home. They even assisted me with sim cards on my first stay. I'm looking forward to coming back for Christmas!
